This Privacy Policy explains how Parcel Manager ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and related web APIs.

1. Information We Collect

To provide a smooth, functioning logistics workflow, we collect the following categories of information:

Account Information

• Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, and physical address collected when you register an account.
• Profile Image: An optional profile photo URL used to customize your profile in the app.

Parcel & Delivery Data

• Customer & Shipment Details: Customer name, receiver phone numbers, delivery addresses, parcel descriptions, and COD (Cash on Delivery) values which you enter to track and organize packages.
• Parcel Images: Product/parcel images uploaded to attach details to a package record.

Third-Party Courier Credentials

• Integrations API Credentials: Client IDs, API Keys, and secret keys for Steadfast and Pathao couriers. These credentials are encrypted at rest and are exclusively used to execute delivery updates on your behalf.

Technical & Usage Logs

• Log Information: IP Address and User Agent details recorded during active user sessions to secure the API against unauthorized access and to prevent fraud.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following business purposes:

• To set up and authenticate your user account.
• To organize parcels, track daily active delivery lists, and generate status records.
• To transmit shipment data to your chosen courier providers (Steadfast and Pathao) at your explicit request.
• To secure and audit sessions to detect and prevent malicious activities.

3. Sharing and Disclosures

We believe your business data is private. We strictly enforce the following policies:

• No Third-Party Advertising: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to advertisers or third-party brokers.
• Courier Services: We transmit parcel details (recipient name, address, phone number, COD amount) strictly to the courier APIs (Steadfast and Pathao) that you have voluntarily connected in your page configuration.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose data only if required by a court order or applicable law.

4. Data Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal and business information. All data transmissions are encrypted using standard SSL/HTTPS, and sensitive access tokens or credentials are encrypted in our databases.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You may request account deletion at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated parcels, pages, and courier integrations, please email us at devtaijul@gmail.com from your registered email address. We will permanently delete all records within 14 business days.
